About Precision Pools

The origins of Precision Pool date back to 2015, when founder Brock Kaufman worked with his family in a custom landscaping business.
Many of their projects, naturally, included landscaping around pools.
Because Kaufman and his team had construction expertise and equipment, they began working on structural features often associated with pools, such as grottos, tanning shelves, and more. Ultimately, Kaufman and his team decided to expand into building full pool systems. Precision Pools was born.

Because Kaufman and his team had been observers on how other companies built pools, they saw where the process could be improved, and often sped up. They also used their skills as efficient landscapers and builders to develop a construction strategy that helps save their clients time and money.

Here’s how it works:

Precision Pools manages every step of the pool construction process, from initial design discussions through final inspection. While Precision Pools works with numerous reputable and reliable subcontractors throughout the Southeastern United States, the Precision Pools team maintains management control of each step.
This means that the Precision Pools team is able to coordinate each step of the process, shortening the staging time between construction phases, and being alerted to any potential delays so they can be managed and mitigated.
This makes the entire construction process more efficient and more cost effective. Often, it can shorten the time needed to complete the pool installation.
Precision Pools has constructed residential swimming pools as large as 55 feet in length. A typical size is 35 feet x 17 feet. And Precision Pools has constructed dozens of custom features along with its pools.

If you already have plans, we follow them. If you’re still in the idea phase, our on-staff planners can create detailed plans for you. We stay in contact with you throughout the construction process, giving you regular updates, and notifying you on days where construction may disrupt your home routines (for example, taking equipment deliveries or pouring concrete. We are mindful of your family’s privacy, and careful not to do unnecessary damage to your grounds. We also clean up after ourselves.
We consider it a privilege to work for you and your family, and we take that very seriously.
